2369:  Upon graduation from Starfleet Academy posted to USS Victorious in the Operations Department.

2370:  Promoted to Lieutenant Junior Grade.

2371:  Assigned to the USS Vindicator.

2372:  Promoted to the rank of Lieutenant and assigned position of Second Officer.

2373:  Left Starfleet.

2375:  With war with the Dominion raging on Mathew Richmond hears the call and returns to active duty with Starfleet at the rank of Ensign. At the request of old shipmates Captain Lowe and Commander Schoenfeld, Ensign Richmond is posted to the USS MacArthur.

2375:  After the major refit of the USS MacArthur with many of the crew being reassigned throughout the fleet Ensign Richmond remained with the USS MacArthur.
