2368:  Promoted to rank of LtCmdr.

2368:  Due to the temporary reassignment of the Captain which still remains classified, LtCmdr Reid was assigned as acting Captain.  This did end in the demotion of LtCmdr Reid to the rank of Lieutenant and reassignment to the USS Alliance.
